          1.1 Hong Kong & Macau delivery details-delivery area and freight

          1. Customers who spend over HKD$400can enjoy a free delivery service.
          2. For consumption below HKD$400, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer at checkout.
          3. The company chooses SF Express as the third-party logistics. Please refer to the freight rate list for details of the delivery freight;
          4. Please refer to the delivery service in remote areas before confirming the receiving address. For details, please refer to the definition of remote areas;
          5. Pick-up method-delivery to door and pick up at SF station

          1.2 Order tracking-After the payment is completed, the system will email the “tracking number” to the customer at the same time as the delivery to the third-party logistics

          1. The goods will be shipped 1-2 working days after the payment of your order;

            If the customer’s product complies with our return and exchange policy, please email info@ommicare.com or Facebook Messenger “OmmiCareForYou” within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to contact the company to request a replacement or refund.             When submitting an application, please provide the following information for arrangement: (1) Order number and proof of payment (2) Product name and photo after receipt (3) Reason for return and exchange (4) Explain whether a refund is required or an application for exchange is received Later, we will approve the information provided.
