Refund and Return Policy

3.1 Details of exchange and refund

The company’s service attitude is professional and cautious, and the order is reviewed repeatedly before sending it to ensure that the product quality is good. At the same time, we provide you with a “7-day return period”. Please verify the goods as soon as possible after receiving the goods. If the goods meet our “return and exchange policy”, we will make relevant arrangements for you. Otherwise, under normal circumstances, we do not accept any exchange or cancellation request.

(a) Exchange and refund principle

Acceptance of goods return or refund-situation:

-Application made within 7 days after receiving the goods within the return period;

-The goods are defective or non-artificially damaged or quality problems;

-The delivered goods are different from the ordered goods;

-The delivered goods obviously do not match the description on the website.

-The product is unused and in the original state of sale, together with all parts and accessories provided with the product

-Ordered items are out of stock.

Circumstances that do not accept product returns and exchanges (including but not limited to the following situations):

-Application made after the 7-day return period;

-Goods have been used or lost goods parts and accessories

-Due to personal factors such as product size, design, or color inconsistency;

-Product size errors due to different measurement methods;

-The store has specified that there is no return or exchange;

-There is a reasonable deviation between the picture and the actual object (color difference caused by light, display or shooting, etc.);

-Other unreasonable return and exchange applications.

3.2 Return and exchange application procedures-a written application during the return and exchange period> Application accepted> Exchange or refund

Written application during the return period:

If the customer’s product complies with our return and exchange policy, please email info@ommicare.com or Facebook Messenger “OmmiCareForYou” within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to contact the company to request a replacement or refund. So that we can make relevant arrangements for our customers.

When submitting an application, please provide the following information for arrangement: (1) Order number and proof of payment (2) Product name and photo after receipt (3) Reason for return and exchange (4) Explain whether a refund is required or an application for exchange is received Later, we will approve the information provided.

3.3 Terms and Conditions for Return and Exchange

  1. The goods must be returned together with all the gifts (if any) included with the purchase, otherwise, we will not arrange the return and exchange procedures;
  2. You can exchange for goods of the same value according to the amount of the returned goods. When exchanging goods, if the amount of the goods exchanged is lower than the amount of the original goods, the difference will not be refunded;
  3. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer;
  4. If the requested replacement product has been sold out, we will return the relevant payment to the customer;
  5. The procedure takes one to two weeks to process (calculated from the date of receipt of the return). After the procedure is completed, we will notify the customer of the relevant details;
  6. Commodity exchange is limited to one time, and no return application after the exchange is accepted;
  7. If the number of returns and exchanges exceeds the regulations or the situation is abnormal, the company reserves the right to limit the rights of the member without prior notice;
  8. All unauthorized returns and exchanges will not be processed by our company;
  9. The company reserves the right to charge corresponding additional service fees for handling unreasonable returns and exchanges;
  10. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

3.4 Refund terms and conditions

  1. The refund amount is based on the amount on the day the order is confirmed;
  2. The refund amount does not include any freight;
  3. If the purchased goods meet any discounts (such as product combination discounts, merchant or brand discounts, etc.), they must be refunded together with 4. returned goods when refunding, which may involve additional payments that need to be collected, or in the refund Deducted
