Absolutely love it! Not only on cold Winter nights, it helps to release the stiffness on neck and shoulders. It’s light weight and soft that you won’t feel any pressure when wearing it. Definitely a good friend for office ladies.

Customer video review of 【New Arrival】CoziOmmi Rechargeable Neck Warmer 2.0 | Upgraded Graphene Neck Wrap | Shoulder Pain Relief| HK EMC certification

No. Charge the warmer first, then disconnect the cable before wearing it.

How long does a charge last?

Approximately 2–3 hours, depending on the heat setting. A full charge takes approximately 3–3.5 hours.

Can I choose two different colours?

Yes. Use the two-warmer option near the purchase buttons to choose each colour separately. Current prices and availability are shown there.

Use & care

Use only while awake and never while charging. Avoid prolonged high heat; heating elements must not touch bare skin. Stop if discomfort occurs. Wipe gently with a damp cloth.
