Free shipping on orders of HK$400 or more after discounts. For eligible standard parcels up to 10 kg below this threshold, the current SF Express rate is HK$30. The available delivery methods and final charge are shown at checkout.

Dispatch & tracking

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment. The daily cut-off is 14:00 Hong Kong time; later orders are processed from the next working day. Dispatch time is separate from the courier’s delivery time.

Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays or disruption. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Contact the courier directly for specific delivery-time arrangements.

Other destinations

Shipping is currently configured for Taiwan and selected destinations in Asia, including Mainland China, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. Availability and charges depend on the destination and are confirmed at checkout.

Delivery terms

1. If the same order contains more than one shipping box, third-party logistics may carry out the delivery separately, and the delivery time may be different, depending on the third-party logistics delivery arrangement;
2. The company will try its best to pack the goods when shipping, but if the goods are damaged or lost due to the logistics company’s error during the delivery, the company will assist you in recovering from the logistics company, but will not compensate you;
3. Third-party logistics will only deliver the goods according to the specified address on the order. Delivery service at a designated time is limited to Hong Kong. 4. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot change any information including the recipient address. If you need assistance, please contact us;
4. When the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, the goods are deemed to have been delivered to and received by the customer. We are not responsible for 6. Delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses;

8. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by uncontrolled factors such as natural disasters, political factors, labor disturbances, nuclear explosions, or wars;
9. The recipient should verify the product as soon as possible after receiving the product. If the product is found to be damaged due to non-human factors, please contact us immediately after the delivery of the product for return and exchange. For details, please refer to the return and refund.
10. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
